Account Specialist
The Account Specialist assists with the management of customer accounts to promote strong retention and an exceptional customer service experience. Working directly with event directors and under the guidance of company leadership, the Account Specialist supports event directors with the various facets of marketing and managing their events. Additionally, the Account Specialist serves event registrants by providing registration support, resolving problems related to registration, and reporting product issues.
Duties and Responsibilities

Promote high levels of retention by regularly communicating with existing event directors to understand their needs and ongoing challenges, and introducing solutions to fulfill those needs.

Keep detailed, accurate record of communications with customers.

Resolve registration or product problems by clarifying the event registrant’s issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; and expediting correction or adjustment to assure that the customer’s needs are met.

Effectively manage large amounts of incoming emails and calls.

Support company leadership in their efforts to build strong and lasting relationships with event directors by providing friendly and timely communication with the directors.

Assist with the management of both new and existing websites connected to a Content Management System.
Qualifications
-
Two years of experience in account management or customer service or Associate Degree/B.A./B.S in business, communications, or marketing field.

Strong desire to provide top-tier customer support.

Knowledge of software including Content Management Systems, Microsoft Office, basic Adobe Photoshop, and other web-based technologies.

Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of responsibilities.

Self-motivated and thrive working both independently and as part of a small team.

Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of customer relationships concurrently.

Camp Specialist
The Camp Specialist works under the guidance of the Account Executive to assist coaches and event directors to market and managing their events. This includes populating new and existing websites through a Content Management System (CMS), setting up events for online enrollment, and general customer communication and support that meets the defined standards of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities

Populate new websites with text and images through the use of a CMS.

Maintain existing websites including making general content updates as instructed.

Accurately input event data for online registration.

Provide data mining services to identify prospective sales leads.

Support the Account Executive in their efforts to build strong and lasting relationships with customers and prospects by providing friendly and timely customer communications, troubleshooting reported issues, making relevant suggestions, and other reasonably related duties.
Qualifications
-
One year of experience or an educational background in marketing, communications, art, technology or related disciplines.

Knowledgeable in popular internet technologies including general web publishing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Organized with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while respecting individual deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team will receiving instruction from the Account Executive.

Strong communications skills.

Positive attitude with self-starter characteristics.
