Food Vendor Information August 27, 28, 29, 2010 We are seeking food vendor for 2010.
All food vendors will need to pass the State of Iowa Food Inspection, have all required permits and carry your own Product Liability insurance.
You must provide a 32 gallon trash container. (Liners will be provided) You will be responsible for emptying your own container in large dumpster and keeping your area clean and litter free. Vendor set up is Thursday August 26, 2010 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on Friday August 27, 2010 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. LHD welcomes you to be open on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. If you intend on using cooking oil, you must take the used oil with you or place the used oil back into the original container and set the container near the road next to your stand to be picked up at 4:00 pm on Sunday. (DO NOT PUT THIS IN THE DUMPSTER)
