HBU Volleyball
2010 Defense & Ball Control Camp  This camp is designed for ages 12 – 18. Participants will be divided into different groups based on skill level and experience. The HBU coaching staff will be conducting high energy sessions with a positive training environment. Our goal is to empower youth volleyball players to love the sport as much as we do. The Defense and Ball Control Camp is a position specific camp which includes 10 hours dedicated to Defense and Ball Control. This camp will focus on forearm passing, overhead passing, and digging. Participants will also work on hitter coverage, out of system setting, and emergency defensive skills. Campers can also sign up for the All Skills Camp in the morning session to get more training.
Overnight Camp is a great option for players looking to complete a week long experience at HBU.
