University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Boys Basketball Camps Junior Eagle Boys' Basketball For: Boys entering grades 4-8 Dates: Sundays, October 11-November 1 Time: 6:00-8:00pm (Check-in 5:00-6:00pm Sunday, October 11 in the lobby of Mitchell Hall) Returning Junior Eagle Campers (reusing jersey) $50 The Junior Eagle Basketball program is for boys entering grades 4-8. Participants will be divided into teams based on age and ability levels. Each session will include a lecture from the UW-L coaching staff, various drills to improve skill level, competitions, and games. Consistent fundamentals will be stressed at all times during this program. Junior Eagle Boys’ Basketball will begin on October 11th and will run for four consecutive Sunday evenings. The program will end on November 1st Each session will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude at 8:00 pm.All parts of the program will take place in Mitchell Hall on the campus of UW-La Crosse. Each session will begin in the gymnasium. Participants are to wear their Junior Eagle jersey every session. Check-in will be from 5:00-6:00 PM on Sunday, October 11th in the lobby of Mitchell Hall. The UW-La Crosse Men’s Basketball staff will provide all of the organization and instruction at every session. The Eagle Men’s Basketball players will be coaching the teams and also providing personal instruction to all participants. The registration cost for new participants to the Junior Eagle program is $60. If you are a returning Junior Eagle and wish to use your jersey from a previous year, registration cost is $50. Enrollment may be limited to provide quality instruction to every participant. |
