Mohawk Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp
2010 Summer Camps

Dates: Monday, June 7th - Friday, July 30th (8 Week Program)
Cost: $25 per camper

  • Athletes must be in the weight room 10 minutes prior to their session start time to get warmed-up and stretched out.
  • Be sure to arrive each camp day at your designated start time or you will lose your space at camp.

 His weight room hours are posted on the weight room window, or call him at 641-420-7413.

Session 4 - Evening - an open lift session, and also for those athletes not belonging to any of the above listed groups.
