North Cobb Christian School Summer Camps Speed and Agility Clinic For Co-Ed Campers: Entering 7th - 12th Grades Instructors: NCCS Varsity Head Football Coach Harry Miles, Current High School Strength Coaches, and Certified Personal Trainers. Schedule: July 15-17, 2009 9:00am- 12:00pm Cost: $75 Speed and agility are a must for today’s athlete. This clinic will show you the latest drills and stretches that can improve your over all speed, quickness, and explosive power. All of these are important in any sport. These exercises will also improve flexibility, balance, core strength, and help prevent injuries through strengthening of specific muscle groups, tendons, and joint ligaments. |
