Professional Skills Mini-Camp

Who:        6th through 12th grade    *** EVERY CAMPER MUST BRING HIS OWN CATCHERS GEAR ***
When:       Saturday, November 21, 2009
Cost:        $65 per camper 
Time:        2:30 PM – 5:00 PM  (2:10 PM Check-in Begins)
Where:    Velva High School Gymnasium – Velva, ND (101 W. 4th St.)

Lead Instructor / Academy Director:  Darin Everson, 13 Years in Professional Baseball

All catchers need to wear tennis shoes, T-shirt, baseball or sweat pants, protective cup and a baseball hat.EVERY CAMPER MUST BRING HIS OWN CATCHERS GEAR. 
Each camper will receive a T-shirt and valuable informational sheets mailed to their email address.

Only the first 20 registration forms will be accepted for this CATCHER-ONLY mini-camp.
We are thrilled to bring our first Midwest Catchers Camp to North Dakota.  Each catcher will receive small group instruction on their throwing mechanics, blocking techniques, receiving and the all-important set up and stances.  This mini-camp offers unique catcher-only instruction; no bullpens, only catching instruction!  Everson will share important drills and techniques that are taught at the professional level to help make your catching skills as clean and efficient as possible.  All catchers will receive an evaluation sheet on the day of the camp from what Everson and his staff observed during the camp.  Each camper will also have their throwing mechanics recorded which may be used for additional instruction through our Online Video Catching Instruction.
