Brown County High School Camps

2010 Tennis Camps

For: Incoming junior high and high school tennis players with experience

Date: June 7th - June 11th

Location: BCHS Tennis Courts

Time: Mon thru Thurs 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (warm-up time 6:30am -6:55 pm)

Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (warm-up time 8:30 am - 8:55 am)

Cost: $50.00 (includes T-shirt, can of tennis balls, drinks, snacks & awards)

Format:
Monday - Thursday

Part 1: Fundamentals - forehand, backhand, serve, volley, overhead, and mental training

Part 2: Games/Play - focusing on fundamentals

Thursday

Part 2: Opening rounds of junior high and high school eagle tournament

(8 game Pro-Set double-elimination)

Friday

Part 1: Completion of tournament

Part 2: Serving for prizes game

Part 3: Awards presentation - Winner, runner-up, and participation

(This day could last longer, due to completion of tournament.)

Awards:
Awards will be given to the winners for both winner and runner up of each tournament and camp participation.

*This camp will move indoors in case of severe weather.
