My Online Camp was founded in April 2006 with the goal of helping coaches and camp operators promote and manage camps more successfully. The company has enjoyed rapid expansion thanks to personal relationships forged by providing unmatched customer service and easy-to-use technology solutions. Today, My Online Camp provides camp marketing, online registration, and management tools to more than 1,100 athletic programs.

Our Team

Donald Myers is co-founder, President and Managing Member of Camp Marketing Services, LLC (dba. My Online Camp), responsible for all operations of the company. The majority of Don's professional experience includes high level business development responsibilities. Don also has assisted three local startup companies with capital raising efforts. Don earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa where he was a collegiate baseball player. Don resides with his family in Ames, Iowa.

Bill Philips is General Sales Manager at My Online Camp and proprietor
of Philips' ATA Black Belt Academy in Ames, Iowa.

Prior to joining My Online Camp in 2007, Bill received experience in business management within the service industry. Bill resides with his family in Ames, Iowa.

Chris Schmale grew up in Beloit, WI and played college hockey at the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. After coaching for two seasons at his alma mater he moved on to be an Assistant Coach at SUNY- Morrisville for 1 season before spending 2 years as the top assistant coach at Penn State. While at Penn State he also served as the recruiting coordinator and the Assistant Director of the Penn State Hockey Camps. Following his two years at Penn State Schmale moved onto Iowa State University where he spent 2 years on the hockey staff, the first as the Cyclones Associate Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Camp Director for the Cyclone Hockey Schools. He returned for a second season as a volunteer assistant coach/video coordinator. Chris is now entering his third season as the Head Hockey Coach for the Ames High School Hockey Program and is a Camp Specialist at My Online Camp.

Stephanie Hassebrock is the Marketing Specialist at My Online Camp. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Iowa State University in 2005, and while an undergraduate, she worked as an Athletic Marketing Intern for the Iowa State Athletic Department. Prior to joining the My Online Camp team, Stephanie worked for the University of Memphis as an athletic marketing assistant where she assisted with the marketing for football and men’s basketball, and directly oversaw all marketing efforts for men’s and women’s soccer and baseball. Stephanie also worked for a newspaper company for four years in a graphic design/customer service role. She currently resides in Ames, Iowa and in her spare time enjoys volunteering, attending Iowa State athletic events, and spending time with friends and family.

Amy Barber is a Production Assistant with My Online Camp. Amy grew up in La Porte City, Iowa and graduated from High School in 1999. She moved out east for about 8 years and lived in places such as Florida, Massachusetts, and New York. Amy decided to go back to her roots and move back home to Iowa in 2009. She joined My Online Camp in August of 2011 and currently resides in Ames, Iowa with her family.

Megan Rosch is a Production Assistant with My Online Camp. Megan grew up outside of Jesup, Iowa, and after high school attended Iowa State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health. As an undergraduate, Megan first worked for ISU Recreation Services and then as a student manager for the Cyclone Football team for three and a half years. After graduating, Megan spent time working for the City of Huxley Parks and Recreation Department and Biolife Plasma Services. She currently resides in Ames with her husband, Jake, and dog, Bailey, and enjoys spending time running, being outdoors and visiting family and friends.

DWebware is an Iowa based web and mobile development firm. As co-founders of My Online Camp, DWebware provides the web solutions and technical expertise that powers the My Online Camp system.

My Online Camp is located in Ames, Iowa, in the Legacy Towers building near Iowa State University.
